Handed down by the creator himself the owner(s) are able to specify every detail of their wildest wishes for their property in hopes that each visitor will get a true taste for their style and intent. Some of these buildings have become staples of the city drawing visitors who from far and wide. Others would be better served to remain under construction, building the mystery for all of eternity, rather than revealing the failure.
